Fibra - Är jag befibrad? (Fiber monitorizing)

Fibra reached out in need off a new website and a new convertion feature.

We delivered a growing solution - long term partner

We were contacted by Fibra who works with delivering fiber to home owners. They wanted a new website design with the new identity, which could be managed by the marketing team with ease.

To educate and bring a marketing team up to speed

We included the client team early on in the process to educate and include them in the process. We facilitated workshops and sprints to get them up to speed and to understand their needs more in depth. We chose a solution and CMS so they could be very flexible and create their own content. I was in lead to educate the marketing team and make them comfortable to work with the new system to maintain the content. The main quest for the website was to fully satisfy our fiber-users and gain new users through the new feature. After collecting data and pain-points with the providing of fiber to customers we created a new feature for a better customer experience of our product.

Help our customers to have the best possible product

With our new feature the user could ensure that the service was delivered as it should, with updated hardware, wires and stable connection. If something was off, the feature would alarm that and give you the solutions to fix it. Common issues that were solved:

  • To replace outdated hardware
  • Send out a technician to the customer
  • Sign up for new services
  • Help with installation of new service
